People's Choice Community Lottery

Once again this year we are taking part in the People’s Choice Community lottery. Run by the People’s Choice Credit Union, all proceeds from all tickets we sell are returned to our group so it’s an easy and lucrative way to fund raise – the only cost is your time to sell a few tickets to friends and family members who wish to help support the scouting activities of our children.

Heidi Gadsby from our committee will again be managing the distribution of paper ticket books to each family, once these are available in May. However in the meantime, we can get started by selling online tickets. It couldn’t be simpler – just share the link below to our group’s ticket page with whoever you know (email to family and friends, share on the socials with your networks, etc) and they can purchase tickets no matter where they are (you don’t need to see them personally with a book in hand!).

There are 115 prizes, including 3 Toyota cars. Tickets are just $2 each.

This year, we will put all money raised towards replacing our ageing tents, which we’ve had terrific use out of for more than 10 years, but some are becoming harder to repair each time damage occurs.
Please support our group efforts in this lottery by spreading the word about the online tickets, and by helping Heidi to move as many ticket books as we can before it closes in August.
