Anzac Eve sleepover and Dawn Service

at Magill Scout Hall (Get Directions)

Commencing at 6:30 pm (have dinner before arriving). We will make some pin holes and wreaths for the Dawn Service. That will be followed by a G, or PG movie, then supper, and a sleep in your sleeping bags, on the carpet, in the hall.

Please bring a packet of bickies or log cake etc to share. Cost is $5.
We will have a simple snack in the early morning (muesli bar / fruit juice), then walk to the Gums Reserve for the ANZAC Day Dawn Service (commences at 6.30am).

Check the weather forecast, you may need a raincoat and
something warm to wear under it. An umbrella is also a good idea.

Afterward we will walk to the Magill RSL for a more substantial breakfast (enter at rear), and then return to the hall by 8:30am for pick-up.

Please let Colleen know if you expect to attend, to help estimate numbers (colleenbennett52@gmail.com).
We will have some other groups with us this year, so it will be a large group at the hall, so be prepared!
Please bring mattresses which are an appropriate size ie. no double beds please.

If attending, please complete the Y4 form attched below and bring it along on the night.

ALL MONEY RAISED WILL BE DONATED TO THE RSL

Tracey’s email: btsn4@yahoo.com.au
Tracey’s mobile: 0438 801 258

Attached below is a PDF outlining the terms and conditions that everyone should be familiar with prior to volunteering at the BBQ. In particular on page 3, please note we cannot allow anyone under 15 yrs old to cook; everyone must have closed shoes and long hair tied back; and those handling food must wear gloves.
